Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Artist with hands-on experience in sign manufacturing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong creative vision, exceptional design skills, and a thorough understanding of the sign production process. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of signage, while ensuring that the final product meets both client expectations and production requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design:
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of signage, including but not limited to:
  - Building signs
  - Vehicle wraps
  - Banners
  - Trade show displays
  - Interior signage
  - Wayfinding systems
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visual designs that align with client branding and project objectives.
- Prepare design presentations and mock-ups for client approval.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and technologies.
Production:
- Possess a practical understanding of sign manufacturing processes and materials.
- Prepare print-ready files for production, considering specific material and printing requirements.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot design-related production issues.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
Client Communication:
- Effectively communicate design concepts and production limitations to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, with a minimum of [Number] years of experience in the sign industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of signage design projects.
Skills:
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes, materials, and installation techniques.

Bonus Points:

Sign Manufacturing Experience
Experience with specific sign design software (e.g., FlexiSIGN, CorelDRAW).
Knowledge of ADA signage requirements.
Experience with wide-format printing and vinyl installation.
